The entertainment options were AMAZING! I loved the nightly shows and the activities throughout the day kept everyone engaged. The food was diverse, but the beach was a letdown with too much seaweed. 🌊

We enjoyed our stay in this family-friendly resort, perfect for our large clan with babies. The water park was a hit for the kids, and the beach was just a short ride away, making it easy for everyone to have fun and relax.

My kids wished for better options in the dining area for young ones. The food could definitely use more variety suited for children.

The service was excellent, especially Omar at the buffet-my kids still talk about how kind he was. We stayed in a great room, large and stocked daily with drinks, it felt very cute.

I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the kids' water park, which was a blast for my family. The beach access was a bit of a trek, but we managed to catch some fabulous sunsets while biking along the shore. A small downside was the occasional wait for towels, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 🌅

Fantastic grounds, fantastic service, the staff were so positive and friendly, making us feel welcome, and the free electric trains added such fun to our exploration of the huge complex.

Just a perfect match for a short stay in Akumal with fantastic value for money. The food at the buffets was very good quality, especially the themed nights. Book A La Cartes early to get better times.

The kids club staff are amazing with children.

My stay was incredibly disappointing due to several issues. The air conditioning in my room leaked, causing a ceiling collapse that left me unsettled throughout the night. Moreover, the dining options were severely lacking, with no air conditioning in the restaurants, making meals unbearable. It felt like the hotel prioritized looks over comfort, and I left feeling frustrated.

The lush gardens and vibrant decorations made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise, and the ample seating in common areas made relaxation easy for us seniors.

More accessible transportation around the resort would help.

The Junior Suite Superior was a decent size and kept really clean. The air conditioning was super effective, which was a blessing in the heat. We had a mini-bar, but it could've been stocked better. While the room decor was nice, I expected a bit more based on the website. Overall, it felt cozy enough for our stay.

We just spent 3 nights at the resort and the buffet selection was fantastic, especially the breakfast! The grounds are stunning with vibrant wildlife everywhere. The pools were always clean and inviting. we loved the pool by the kids' area. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
